About

Lauren Luspo is a multidisciplinary artist and freelance media professional based in New York City. She recently earned her Master of Arts in Public Media from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, with her work focusing on strategic communication for the public good. Her commitment to arts accessibility and social impact is reflected through her graduate capstone, where she developed a social media pilot for AAPI -centered and -aligned organizations, businesses, and non-profits.

With a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies and a minor in Art from Pace University, Lauren brings together a deep understanding of media with a passion for artistic expression. Her artistic background spans large-scale painting, portrait commissions, and community-based installations.

Professionally, she has worked across arts administration and nonprofit spaces, currently working at Ballet Hispánico and having interned with the School at Peridance. As a dancer grounded in the performing arts world, she formerly served as Venue Manager at Chez Bushwick, where she led artist support initiatives, social media strategy, and community outreach.

She will begin teaching ballet and creative movement at NYC after-school programs through Arts & Athletics in the Upper West Side this September.

Her work, both visual and strategic, seeks to foster deeper connections through the arts.
